These terms cover how you and your team use Nawaa AI: accounts, acceptable use, content ownership, plans, and the limits of our responsibility.

By creating an account or using Nawaa AI you agree to these terms. If you use Nawaa on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept on its behalf.
قبول الشروط
بإنشائك حساب أو استخدامك نواة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإذا كنت تستخدم نواة نيابة عن جهة، فأنت تؤكد أنك مخوّل بالموافقة باسمها.
Keep your login details secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, and you must notify us of any unauthorized use.
حسابك
حافظ على بيانات دخولك آمنة وصحيحة. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط داخل مساحة عملك، ولازم تبلغنا عن أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
Do not use Nawaa for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or other users.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم نواة في محتوى مخالف للنظام أو ضار أو مضلل أو ينتهك حقوق الغير، ولا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو الهندسة العكسية أو إساءة استخدامها أو الإضرار بالمستخدمين.
You keep ownership of the brand data and content you upload. You grant Nawaa the permissions needed to process it and generate outputs for your workspace.
المحتوى والملكية
تبقى ملكية بيانات البراند والمحتوى اللي ترفعه لك. وتمنح نواة الأذونات اللازمة لمعالجته وتوليد المخرجات لمساحة عملك.
AI outputs are provided to assist your work. Review them before publishing — you are responsible for how generated plans, visuals, and copy are used.
مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي
مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي تُقدَّم لمساعدتك في شغلك. راجعها قبل النشر — أنت المسؤول عن طريقة استخدام الخطط والتصاميم والنصوص المولّدة.
Paid plans renew for the selected period unless cancelled. Fees, limits, and features for each plan are shown at sign-up and in your workspace settings.
الخطط والفوترة
الخطط المدفوعة تتجدد للمدة المختارة ما لم تُلغَ. الرسوم والحدود والمزايا لكل خطة تظهر عند التسجيل وفي إعدادات مساحة عملك.
We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using Nawaa and close your workspace at any time.
الإيقاف والإنهاء
قد نوقف أو ننهي الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة. وتقدر توقف استخدام نواة وتغلق مساحة عملك في أي وقت.
Nawaa is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Nawaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم نواة “كما هي” دون ضمانات. وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل نواة مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
