Verify ownership
We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and authority over the account or workspace.

Deletion is completed
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 calendar days and will confirm when the process is complete.

What is deleted
Your Nawaa AI sign-in account and profile information.
حساب تسجيل الدخول في نواة ومعلومات الملف الشخصي.
Personal data and account-linked content that Nawaa is not required to retain.
البيانات الشخصية والمحتوى المرتبط بالحساب الذي لا يلزم نواة بالاحتفاظ به.
Uploaded files and generated content owned solely by the deleted account, subject to workspace ownership rules.
الملفات المرفوعة والمحتوى المولّد المملوك حصرياً للحساب المحذوف، وفقاً لقواعد ملكية مساحة العمل.
Limited retention
Records required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
السجلات اللازمة للالتزامات النظامية أو الضريبية أو الفوترة أو منع الاحتيال أو الأمان أو تسوية النزاعات.
Limited backup copies until they are removed through the normal secure backup cycle.
نسخ احتياطية محدودة إلى أن تُزال ضمن دورة الحذف الآمنة المعتادة للنسخ الاحتياطية.
Organization-owned workspace content when another authorized owner or member must retain access.
محتوى مساحة العمل المملوك للمنشأة عندما يلزم استمرار وصول مالك أو عضو آخر مخوّل.
Shared workspaces
Deleting a member account does not automatically delete content owned by an organization or another workspace member. Sole owners may need to transfer ownership or request workspace deletion.
مساحات العمل المشتركة
لا يؤدي حذف حساب أحد الأعضاء تلقائياً إلى حذف المحتوى المملوك للمنشأة أو لعضو آخر. وقد يحتاج المالك الوحيد إلى نقل الملكية أو طلب حذف مساحة العمل.
